Brian Leonard is a drug discovery and translational strategy leader with 15+ years of experience supporting therapeutic development across RNA therapeutics, antibodies, gene therapy, and small molecules within leading biopharma organizations.

He has built and scaled human relevant discovery and translational systems spanning early stage platform development, assay strategy, highthroughput screening, and external scientific execution. Brian has held scientific leadership roles at Roche, Regeneron, and Yarrow Biotechnology, where he contributed to platform architecture, translational evaluation, and cross functional scientific strategy supporting pipeline critical decision making.

At Discovery Blueprint, Brian partners with emerging biotech companies to translate complex biology into execution ready development strategies supporting discovery infrastructure planning, translational positioning, scientific communications, and scalable operational frameworks designed to reduce execution risk as organizations grow. His work focuses on aligning scientific strategy, program architecture, and decision making systems with durable therapeutic development.

Brian holds an MBA in Biopharma Innovation from Rutgers University, completed laboratory training through Stanford University, and earned a B.S. in Biology and Bioinformatics, cum laude, from Niagara University.
